The prices include towels, linen, electricity, gas, water as well as access to Internet. Pets are allowed, € 50,– will be charged for each of them.Final cleaning will be charged with € 110,– per stay.

Minimum stay are 3 days, if you are interested in shorter stays or stays longer than 3 weeks please ask for special prices.

A bail of € 200,– has to be paid when getting the keys. At the end of the stay it will be returned if no damaged occured.

HEATER: The house has gas central heating for the whole house, as well as an open fireplace. In the wintertime the gas will be charged extra as per outlay.
