The villa is situated in quiet residential area, appr. 900 meters to the beach and about 600 meters to the city with any kind of shops and restaurants. 

HEATER: The house has gas central heating for the whole house, (smart control) as well as an open fireplace. This makes it nice and pleasantly warm even in winter.

The house has a photovoltaic system, so that over 70% of the electricity is produced and consumed by the house itself. Furthermore, a 200 liter water boiler is installed, which is heated by the photovoltaic system. This saves energy costs.
